Refund Policy
LagCorp does not accept returns at this time.
We can refund/send a replacement under certain conditions as follows:
- Picture proof: must provide a picture of proof of damage within 2 days of receiving your order. no photo proof, no refund or resending of said product can be done.
- Wrong product: If you received the wrong product due to our mistake, you will be given the choice of a replacement of said product or a refund.
- Wrong address: If the product was sent to the wrong address due to our mistake, a refund or replacement will be sent, if the customer however sent the wrong address in the shipping stage of their purchase, it is up to the customer to buy a new product if they so desire and no refund will be issued. If you need to change the address, please contact us ASAP before we send the order to the wrong place, you can do so here. We cannot guarantee that we can catch this before we send out the order, so please make sure your details are correct!
If your order has not arrived in the estimated time limit, please give it an extra two weeks before you contact about a lost order. Sometimes packages get lost in the mail or take time reaching its destination.
How Long does it take to get refunded?
Any refunds that are processed will be through your credit/debit card and will show up in your bank account within the 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
